Outfitters Connection™ · southern Alberta
You're on the mountain. Your phone isn't.
Outfitters Connection answers your calls, emails you who called, and keeps your name out there while you guide.
Paid link: I earn a commission if you sign up through it. Free practice call, no sign-up to listen.
A day at camp
Drag the sun. See what you didn't miss.

Coffee. Horses. Boots.
An example day, not a real customer.
Keep what you've got
What runs the trip. What runs the front door.
The trip
Your booking tool, or your notebook
- Who's booked and when
- Deposits and payments
- Waivers and paperwork
- Guides, horses and boats
We don't replace any of it. Keep what you use.
The front door
Outfitters Connection
- Your calls answered, even when you can't pick up
- An email after every call: who, what they want, a number
- Every call logged in one list
- A website Dave builds for you, in a look that fits your country
- Posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, once you approve them
- One place for every enquiry, with a lead form
- Dave sets it up with you
Use both. The trip stays where it is. The phone stops being the weak link.
What lands in your inbox
Read it when you're back in range.
Every call ends with a short email: who called, what they wanted and how to reach them. It's the screen you'll see at the truck, with the day's calls in a list under it.
The screen shows an example, not a real caller.

What does a missed call cost you?
Plug in your own season. It's an estimate from what you type, not a promise.
Three steps
Hear it. Set it up. Go.
Hear it
Call the practice line and listen to ARC answer. No sign-up to listen.

Straight answers
Before you ask.
Does it replace my booking software?
No. Keep what you use. Outfitters Connection runs the front door: the call, the summary, the posts, the list of enquiries.
What if there's no signal at camp?
ARC answers on its own line, not on your phone. The simplest setup is to give people that number, or forward your calls to it. Whether your carrier forwards when you're out of range depends on the carrier, so Dave checks that with you before you rely on it.
Does it say things for me?
ARC answers calls and takes the details. Posts wait for your OK before they go out.
What does it cost?
There's a 72-hour free trial with no credit card. After that it's TradeForgeHub's current plan; their site has the exact terms.
Is it a Canadian setup?
Dave is in southern Alberta and builds it with you. The one thing to settle first is your phone number, and he'll confirm what works for your area before you pay for anything.
